From 24 May – 8 June 2013, the Festival celebrates
41 years of presenting inspiring, critically acclaimed and engaging multi-arts
events. As Maria Bota completes her term as Festival Director, the Board of
Directors seeks to appoint an exceptional individual to continue the
organisation’s success.
Working in and leading this vibrant organisation, the
Festival Director is responsible for delivering the artistic, operational and
financial achievements of this business.
So what will you bring? You will have the ability to inspire both your
team and the community. You will
demonstrate a robust understanding of the professional arts sector, display
strong people and project management skills and you will have the ability to
communicate your vision at every level. Finally, you will want to have fun!
This is a fixed term appointment of 4 years.
