Trowbridge Community Area Plan

Here is Trowbridge Community Area Plan which I thought might be of interest to you. It highlights the needs for Trowbridge as identified by its community. There is a section on culture that might be of particular interest but actually it highlights areas throughout it's theme groups where the arts might make an impact.

I'm aware that all of the Local Area Partnership's are looking to, or in the process of creating their own Community Area Plans, so do get involved.
